Karina has 15 years experience in government and political campaigns.
She is an expert at connecting people and organizations with the right partners to advance their causes.
Karina has worked at all levels of government. Most recently, she worked in the Obama White House as Director of Congressional Affairs in the Presidential Personnel Office and the U.S. Department of Energy as Senior Advisor for External Affairs and Congressional Relations.
She honed her policy chops in the U.S. Senate as Policy Advisor for New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. She focused on health care, immigration and aging issues.
Karina started her professional career working on political campaigns. She’s worked on two presidential campaigns (Kerry 2004 and Obama 2008) and several local races on the East Coast.
Karina is a recent transplant to San Francisco.
